I’m Farlene Soong, RMT, R.Ac—a practicing clinician of 20+ years and an Income Protection Specialist of 18+ years.
For years, people saw my two professional worlds as completely separate:
Healthcare on one side, Income Protection on the other.
I knew better.
Advanced Education: Completed the rigorous Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) coursework in insurance, risk management, and estate planning.
Both are about caring for people.
Both require deep trust.. And both work best when we understand the whole person before deciding what comes next
